DAY 1: March 20. 2007! I've recently have let myself go and have been on diet of pizza, hamburgers, and sushi! I've been telling myself in Febuary i'll get my shit back together and go back to the gym and get my diet in Order. But its March is damn near over and I'm getting fatter by the day.
On the news the was thi fat bastard who weight about 700 lbs. Well he lost some weight and was able to leave his apartment for the first time in like three years. yay! Go Fatty! But the question is HOW! How do you let your self get that disgustingly fucking fat! I'm no where near that fat tub of lard, but I'm sure even he at one point was like..."we'll I'm not that fat."
But what most people don't know is after 25 yr. your metabolism is in steady decline, and every year people are steadily gaining 1-3lbs. a year. And I am at this crossroad. In 9 day time I will be 26, and officially over the hill. But I don't want to go out like that! In the next 90 days I plan to transform my body and get into the best shape of my life. Ripped and Fit
As now I'm 5'8'' and 180 lbs: Today I had a Boost for breakfast, and an another for a snack with a peanut and butter jelly sandwich. I drank another boast for my pre-workout drink. I did phase 1 on the POWER 90: Sculpt DVD. A 35 minute cardio workout! Not my best showing but it was just day 1. Tomorrow I'll kick it up a notch! For dinner I ate a small salad w/ Greek dressing, two slices of 100% whole wheat bread, black beans, and two slices of beef sirloin.
